Where'd you get this image. I know this player. Are you them?
They're all pretty rare. Most of the price would probably come from PSOKs, which you can figure out by checking your worlds regular "exchange rate".

And My hat is pretty pathetic anyway, it needs a replacement

It's really rare, I've done like over 50 runs and haven't seen it once.

I got it on the second day the PQ came out, took me about 30 runs, i think.
Yes, I agree. It's a pretty terrible hat.
