P/c Dtm Staff and E Staff 5

Would the DTM be stronger than my Elestaff if I were to scroll it with +5 or +8?
I do not have any part of the Empress set.

@ezSOYMILK: Since when was that a thing? I remember them removing the 4th tier for the only 121+ weapons available at the time--VIPs and Eles--but man, this is getting ridiculous.

151+ equips get an extra 1% per line.

Dragontail with +5's - 203 attack perfected (213 if you used 2 hammers)
With +8's - 227 perfected (243 if you used 2 hammers)
Elestaff in essence has about 268 magic attack 'cuz of the potential, along with ignoring 45% defense, and 10% elemental increase.. If you got full dragon tail set, then it'd be superior to the elestaff if you perfected it, but otherwise (unless you plan on using it on your Fire Poison), the Ele Staff is better.
