Basically the title. I was outside of mirror world, I'm level 133, I killed a monster and got exp like normal.

Basically the title. I was outside of mirror world, I'm level 133, I killed a monster and got exp like normal.

You can start training outside of Mirror World after chapter 2, around level 120.
You need to do the Quest Line for the Link Skill and the Resolution Time passive skill (30% dmg)
For link skills and time skills i believe you do;otherwise, you do not need to do quests to level up.
If you want certain skills, pretty sure they are.
Otherwise, for training, no.
