What range will 5b items take me to?
I already have a CRA set, Sweet-water Glasses, and Tyrant Cloak. All decently potted up to unique and epic. (Atleast 6% dex on all items)
with the remaining 5b, what kind of range can I achieve?

Merch, you're missing tyrant shoes, belt, superior gollux set, titanium heart, tyrant gloves. Then perfect them from there.
I'm gonna wait for someone to say nothing, but i think you kinda covered every aspect of your equips. Maybe aim for perfected superior set? One if your lucky since they're pretty expensive.
