While I have a different opinion than others, although similar. I think it can be agreed all around that you need to scroll your gollux first. It's free range. I personally think reinforced is absolutely fine. I've had reinforced for almost a year and don't regret it. Just upgrade to superior another time. The different is I think 15%pdr and 5% boss. Also 1 slot for each item. However, you already will be using superior ring, so you only miss out on 3 slots. While this is 12 attack, when you are starting out or don't have too much funds, the money you can make or save by selling superior equips from the shop it from the cost of superior equips, can help you do more important things with your money to increase your range. Which leads me to my next remark....
Perfect your xbow. Do it. We all know that out weapon is the #1 contributor for damage, so treat it with respect. Scroll with 15%s during fever time. CSS are at an all time low. Now is the time if you have the money! If not, you may need to settle on 30%s, which will roughly cost half as much in CSS. Your weapon is certainly the most important source of damage. The reason gollux is ahead is only because its free.
70% your gear during fever time. It will be. Consistent source of dex.
If you can find a decent secondary in the fm that is the best way to get it. You can cube and make your own, but chances are it will cost quite a bit.

For cubing in general, priority goes weapon->2ndary->emblem->gollux equips-> other psokable equips>completely untradable equips for cubes. For epic equips 6% dex is fine for starters, but for end game 12-15% is best. For the rest of your equips I set it up like this in terms of tradability. If you ever got lucky and got 21% on a superior ring of any stat, you could easily trade it for dex at that amount or even higher due to how cheap dex is.

Link mules are annoying, but free ways to increase your range. As well as the character card system. Obviously with the burning event now is a great time to do a link you dread.

Kind of seemed like a broad title, quite a bit to do with a Wild Hunter. You mentioned equips though, so of course Ill oblige more on that subject.

You should focus first on your Gollux equips first, as the scrolls are essentially free (normal Gollux scroll buyable with Gollux Pennies (blue), advanced Gollux scrolls buyable with Gollux Coins (green)) to obtain via daily Gollux runs. When you save up enough coins, I recommend upgrading the Earrings and Ring to Superior. You can even make roughly 100M meso for Gollux Scroll Service, so that funding is good to upgrade your Root Abyss, SW or Tyrant equips with Chaos Scrolls of Goodness or Prime Scrolls if you can afford (Spell Traces are good too for budget players).

I would definitely focus on Tyrants last, as they are the most expensive to upgrade stats. When you do get this far in upgrading though, I recommend trying to use a % star enhancement at the start to save some mesos... The 5star ees should be worth next to nothing now due to Star Force. Keep in mind that it costs 55M meso per attempt in trying to enhance for a star while using Star Force, so getting 5 stars off the bat isnt too bad of a start.

Very important thing to consider as well with Star Force is that each normal equip (non-superior) is safe from exploding via Star Force until 12 Stars... After 12 Stars, be sure to have a backup equip so you may replace with stats you would have possibly lost! Tyrant Equips are only protected until 7 stars. Root Abyss, SW and your current Gollux equips are fairly easy for us Bowman to obtain to do Star Force, Tyrant equips are not and are a heavy burden of mesos to upgrade for (why we focus on them last).

You can use either Chaos Scroll of Goodness Scrolls or Prime Scrolls for your Root Abyss and SW set of equips. The options are decent here because you can go budget and Spell Trace them for stats or you can use scrolls. If you use scrolls, your decent options are either Chaos Scroll of Goodness Scrolls or Prime Scrolls (10 all stat (top, bottom, hat) or 10 attack,+ 3 all stats(weapon)). For this set I would focus on the weapon last, there are just too many variables to consider and that cost much more than the rest of the set. Weapon requires a Boss Nebulite (20% or 25%), weapon att (the primes for these are usually more expensive than the ones for armor or accessories) and getting your favored Boss Dmg/Ignore Def/Total Dmg/%Att ratio of stats.

SW Tattoo and Glasses essentially get upgraded like you would upgrade Root Abyss equips. Use Chaos Scroll of Goodness or Prime Accessory Scrolls. Spell Traces are also an option!

Priorities are the same as every other class. 30/70% your weapon, scroll/upgrade your weapon, 2ndary, and emblem.

for fafnirs i would trace 30% if u dont buy trying a few bowman fafnirs.. as they are like what 5m a piece? in bera.. LOL for the SW i would 30% trace aswell over +1 atk/icog..for the tyrants..use icogs for those and inno if u dont get atk dmg on it for the gollux earrings..use the gollux scrolls but i rather get superior over reinforced

For other gear.. get your heron and android aswell.. they'll add a bit of dmg
