What to do with money?
I'm an idiot. So I'm gonna need like baby talk/step by steps on what to do with 7b. The only thing I have right now is a cheap Tyrant cape form my friend.
Apparently Xenons can achieve higher ranges easily?

@ThiefMaster11: Well i meant that he couldve bought some really overpriced equips and not get much range for the meso he spent.
with 7b
-clean cra --- 200m
-unique faf wep ---- 1b ( slap some cubes on to get a good pot ---2b)
-tyrant cape ---- free u already have it
-reinforced set ---- 100m if u farm the ring and earrings urself
-8 star altair boots ---- 2b
-6% att hybrid heart ---- 200m
-70% trace everything and everything enhanced to 10 stars ------ 500m
that totals to 6b ---- spend the remaining 1b on nx items cos u will need it
these items will give u about 400k range give or take 50k
i had a 50k range wiht like clean eqs at level 120
Funding steps for any class is pretty much the same, use the guides also on other classes if your gonna fund it ^^
also go for nova shoes starred to 5, all my stuff is partly the same only better scroleld that 70%'s and have a somehwat usefull potential. this stuff will most liekly get you to 300k ish depending on your link skills

Its not a vague question at all. He means if he was able to spend his 7 bil to get those items listed, what range would he have.

thats a very vague question b/c ur range heavily depends on how well u spend ur 7bil.

-buy full CRA
-buy full reinforced gollux
-buy a superior/solid/cracked ring
-get royal black metal shoulder, pocket item
-epic pot, spell trace/gollux scroll and starforce to 12 stars everything you own
-use leftover money to cube weapon/secondary/heart to legendary
don't bother with tyrant boot/glove/belt right now because each of these items is more than 7b right now. use 70% spell traces on your non-gollux equips (yes, even your weapon, because 7b isn't enough to perfect it with 15% spell traces), gollux scrolls on your reinforced/superior stuff, and prime accessory scrolls (IF you can afford them) on your cracked/solid rings.[/quote]

The pirate CRA is cheaper that the thief, so look into that.
