Yeah just do gollux and get the 90% occult scroll for armor attack. It booms 100% on failure, but it's a low risk item assuming it's not cubed.

I think that the occult scrolls from Gollux can do the trick

once upon a time, i saw a shop with tons of 60% att for shoes scrolls, maybe they were duped. who knows, or maybe from a really old event, but these days, its all about icog on armour for ATT. yep
