Windia 2% all B Nebulite
So a few minutes ago I bought a 2% all nebulite for 200m, then I set up shop right after with the neb up for 300m and it sold instantly (the first person who entered my shop bought it).
This made me wonder, what's the value of 2% all nebulites? I was fairly positive they were only ~300m after the world transfer event and the massive gaching, but now I'm unsure. Can anyone give me a price range for these nebs?

@Killeen: I saw 3% all nebs for ~1.5b and the 2% all nebulite was unsold even though the guy's shop was up for quite a while and clearly displayed that he was selling nebulites...
Well, you win some you lose some I guess, and least I didn't make negative profit
