Kazno is more correct here than you are, it's not worth nearly as much as you think it is. There was a Kaiser hot time that gave out free unique Heavens Gates, and being a level 80 weapon, it's mostly just for fun, since everything below level 100 should be 1hkoed anyway. I think 50 M is fair, though it might sell for more if the OP is patient.

Ripped off on the Heavens Gate, everyone got those for free ages ago and it's a low attack level 80 weapon.
