item pot question
Is it easier to get a lvl 150 equip rather than a lvl 110 equip from epic to unique or on average will they be the same amount of cubes as much needed to reach legendary potential.
or in other words
The higher lvl equip = easier to cube and get to unique, legendary, etc.
the lower the lvl = the harder it is to get good pot with a smaller chance.
right?

@iExploredYou: Different tiers, so level 160 will get higher %s on potentials, but reaching unique from rare isn't dependent on the items level.

Yes they will both randomly reach unique with no difference in chance, just pure luck. The stats will be similar but not the same since a level 160 item at unique can get 10% luk/dex/str/int on the first line and 7% on the other lines, while the level 70 item will get no more than 6% luk/dex/str/int on the first line.
