I got a nova cape after 9heliseum drops.

I've been spamming Treglow during most 2x, but all i ever get are Heliseum. You guys can CONFIRM that you can get Nova Shoes/Cape from him? Because I'm having doubts
Getting so many heliseum thief capes though.

I've literally dropped ~20 heliseum equips... I've found 4 nova shoes on 3.6x

All from velderoth I've yet to see a nova cape yet

Velderoth is glitched. If he dies during the middle of an attack, you get 1hit.

I've sold a couple for 700-800m, pSoK'd. But these were chaos'd with +2-4 attacks. Good lucks!

If you enhance them to 4-5 stars, that should be a ~500m profit after psok.

May I ask where you've been hunting? I've tried all three, and it seems that (at least in my experience) Treglow has the best rates.

The drop rate is pretty low for heliseum equips, and insanely low for Nova. I was getting one piece of heliseum around every 20 mins on 3.6x (Considering I go in and out of the room in 4-6 seconds each kill).
