why max it

Why max cosmic upheaval over falling stars? i heard people say falling stars disconnects you but i've yet to have it happen to me, besides once they fix it then wont you wish you maxed it instead? It seems fun to use, it mobs well and i thought cosmic upheaval was mainly used to group mobs not for damage.

I would say that one point does not matter for either... i would only, if ever, use cosmic upheaval to mob together guys in SH so a mage could log on again w/o insta-dieing. I would only, if ever, use falling stars to move up a platform instantly, not for damage.

Falling star is totaly usless skill once you get to 4th job, upheaval is used for mobbing only, has low dmg and 1line only, it doesnt really matter, you wont see any different with both of them, just do what ever you want.

I agree with the first poster - max Falling Stars. If you ever get to the point where you're possibly one-shot training with Cosmic, you won't care about how pathetic the % is for the skill anyway. Falling Stars is both fun and flashy - too bad there's a cooldown.

Yeah, Falling Stars isn't worth getting.

I would rather hit a little extra damage on a skill I use all the time, than a lot more damage on a skill I don't.

Because Falling Stars is totally useless.

I maxed Falling Stars over Cosmic Upheaval. Like you said, it's just for grouping mobs, not for damage.
