elemental charge macros
Ok so someone told me its easier to macro your different charges than it is to have them all on different keys. Problem is that when i have them on macro in any way if i even accidentally tap an arrow key or anything else it ends the attack before it gets to the next element. So either im missing a trick to this or for me its easier to not have them on macro. Am i missing something here?

i play with a ps4 controller and macro flame and light charge on my r2 trigger and lightning on square button that way i can get my charges way faster
Why do you guys use holy? I have holy>light, and light on a separate key. Isn't light better with void?

I also have lightning -> holy macroed, and holy on a separate key. Maybe I should put ice and fire on too, I miss them...

I'd say it's easier not to have them on macro. I kept all four because I'm more into the skill animations than efficiency.
I treat the charges as 4 separate attacks and place them each on a different key that I can reach. Just make space for all four and you can rotate as needed. I find all the charges decently useful anyways considering fire can cause dot and ice deals more damage over top of fire then lightning does dot and more damage over ice. Idk how your keyboard layout is, but my charges are on ctrl, alt, C, and V.
Personally, I have a macro of lightning --> holy on my key. I also have a key with just holy on my keyboard and just ice.
So I can always cancel out of using holy after lightning but still use holy whenever. Ice is for when I don't remember which charge I used last, and just need to get +1 charge.
