Wow guys
after nearly 4 years of trying Nexon ACTUALLY fixed my problem!
For many years I haven't been able to change my password or do anything that required email verification, due to my old email being literally deleted by the company.
They've literally taken almost 2 years after asking me for my photo i.d. and crap about the account, before that they kept closing my tickets saying they were answered when all they gave me was false &/or general information/common sense. I'm pretty ecstatic. Too bad it's quite too late to reap any benefits from Maplestory Adventures on FB.
Ohwell! I'm just glad to be in full control of my account now! I was always scared that if I got hacked I'd never be able to get it back. No mas!
Now if only I could get Mr. Basil to fix the issue on Basil that won't let pre-Awakening KoC to update their players correctly. (or at least for me I can't make myself a TB, which is why I'm shown as a Bucc).

I did the same thing to my account when live chat was first implemented. They didn't ask for photo ID or anything though and I even had to guess what my 13 year old self wrote for the birthday, names and addresses which I all got wrong lol. I probably just got lucky with a lenient GM as it was solved <15mins
lol wow. I already gave up my 4 year old acc that had the same prob. That's dedication.
