got only 19.. in 1 hour, really hard to farm them lol.

While there is an excessively high chance of getting Maple equipment/weapons/scrolls, there's quite a few pieces of the Empress equipment set as well. The problem won't lie in GETTING an empress piece, but rather which one you WILL get.

You can't get Empress gear yet...
i thought they dont come out until later on... unless i'm wrong
