talk to the maple admin and choose the option that tells you to get the force shield.. that's how i got my level 100 shield

@above I think its the glitch where he auto job advanced from the hyper evolution patch. In this case, the DS shield didnt level up with him, so he's stuck with low DF.
TS: Your only choices are
1) Send a ticket to nexon explaining and hope it works out.
2) Restart your DS.
