Hello Tot, I'm so sure he means Master Craftsman Cube and Meister cubes.
I got 2 Master craftsman cubes from Queen in Regular Root abyss. So idk it's all about luck considering the chest it's not affected by Drop rate modifiers.

RA is good for cubes, bith drop and from the boxes no other boss dropped cubes for me,
I killed 20 hillas and got no cubes, I don't really count her, I mean like drops at least 50% of the time
Hilla is easiest to get cube drops but obv its going to be really rare.
