listening to maplestory music in the background
i really can't find this on google so i decided to post here.
i want to listen to the maplestory bgm while doing my work. however, when i minimize maplestory (i don't want to maximize cos it would look like i'm playing maple </3 ), the music is muted. i understand this is because windows wants to mute everything in the background. is there a way to get past this?
i.e. open firefox, minimize maple, still listen to maple music => possible?
i've checked the volume mixer, maple is not muted when its minimized, it's just that no audio is coming out.

Well, there aren't any alternatives I know of that directly solves this issue because MapleStory doesn't have an option of playing sounds in game while it's minimized. If I was in your place, I'd use YouRepeat.com to repeat the songs. Just replace the Tube part in YouTube with Repeat. YouRepeat also has a slider function that allows you to control which parts of the song to play.
lol i appreciate the alternatives, but are there any direct ways to solve the problem? another reason why i don't wish to download and all that is i'd rather to listen to the music of the map i'm in, rather than a specific one. yeah i know, it's weird, but all maple bgms are nice
Download every BGM you like with youtube downloader, put it in a playlist on your computer?
haha all the same suggestions. well i wouldn't mind that, but the youtube videos don't loop as well when you use a youtube looping website.. it tends to get a little irritating when i'm concentrating on my work.
Why don't you go on Youtube and search up the soundtrack instead?
