Q. on all skill level +2
Ok, so my targa has all skill levels +2, so can someone confirm if it does/doesn't push skills over mastery level?
My Magic Mastery is level 19 (17 SP) with my targa, and i wanted to noe if i should just add 11 more SP, so that it reaches mastery level with my targa.

i have a helm and it does not push over and CO does not stack with the helm

this, HOEVER, i have heard, and don't quote me on this, that you can go to +3 over the maximum limit, by leaving the skill one point from maxing, and then using CO while using the helm.
not sure if true though
Potential +2 Skill levels cannot push a skill past it's full max level
It doesn't unfortunately. Only CO can break skill mastery limits.
