I am a 113 Aran and I was wondering which Cape would be better:
A 6 Attack PAC or a 6 Str Pac+6% Str Potential
I have a total of 615 Str if that helps

The %str cape is better and will become more useful as you level and add more str. Think of it like interest you gain over a flat rate.
I believe 1 WA = 3 STR.
Go with both, get a 6atk PAC and potential it to 6% str. GOODLUCK.
How much STR is the PAC if you convert it?

How many more people do we have to make realise that IT IS ALL RELATIVE. It is not constant. For me, 7 str = 1 att.
%str would own any att cape.
Go for the % str cape
% str will be better. By far.
