quotOld maplequot and Unleashed

First of all, hello dear community!

Second, before getting into the topic, I'd like to clarify who I'm. I've been playing maplestory since beta version (a bit over 8 years), and thus, I've seen many changes in this game, some for good and other for worse.

Now to the topic:

Recently, I've become restless about this whole "unleashed" patch.

It's pretty obvious to everyone that * maple company* is trying to FORCE us to buy NX which's a policy that only companies that are on bad grounds, or that see their costumers as "numbers" instead of people would do (force us to buy their services).

Ironically, they removed a lot of our favorite features (post bb), using the argument that the community plead for the "OLD MAPLE" back. They removed party play on LHC, nerfed the exp on almost every popular training ground and etc.

I actually thought to my self, well old maple was actually a lot more enjoyable!

HAHAHAHAHAH how funny it was when * maple company* released unleashed patch! That was not our good n old maple! It was hell unleashed upon players (considering average players since massive base of this game isn't made of overfunded)

They think that bringing "old maple" back, means making lvling up harder, bossing harder, increasing cap damage and making cap level higher, putting more NEXON CASH content HAHAHAH.

NO, that's NOT HOW OLD MAPLE WAS!

Old maple had LESS NEXON CASH content, I remember when people used NEXON CASH to DRESS UP and buy gachapon because it was easier to merchant using gachapon.

Old maple had a damage cap of 99,999 not 50 millions.

Old maple had POPULAR party quests, not this new unpopular PQ system (at least in GAZED its hard to get into PQs with randoms).

Old maple, sure, it was harder to level, however, it wasn't necessary to buy NEXON CASH in order to be able to defeat monsters that are on your own level! (Nowadays you'll leech for life after some point if you don't have enough funds)

However, after they implanted a whole potential system, and a lot of people had spend not hundred but THOUSAND of dollars in this broken -power creep system, could * maple company* simply destroy it? OF COURSE not!

So, what's the best answer for all this problem? Old maple can't be brought back, so, why did * maple company* also destroy other good features we had before?

Also, why did * maple company* tell us that we would get a different "unlimited" from KMS, if we got exately the SAME CONTENT?

Can't a company learn with their failures? Half of their base players quitted when unlimited was released back in Korea, will they wait that to happen here?

Sadly, the only way to make a company realize they are making a mistake, is stop buying their services. However, we don't have very conscientious community, people's hunger for power is so great, that they can't see a greater end if they collaborate with the "masses" .

I'm doing my part as a small drop of water in the sea, I won't buy NEXON CASH until * maple company* fix it all (If it's ever fixed).

What are your thoughts?

* apparently I can't type the name of the company

@Zana5: Thank you very much!

I really think people should bandwagon for the good things, not just for a class when it comes out...

If most players stopped buying NX nexon would HAVE to do something about this whole cash shop concept

@TheseWalls: Sorry about that, but I had to discriminate a few things about Old maple and unleashed.

@nhan1st: It's some sort of complain, however, my aim is to open the eyes of some players that did not notice what nexon's doing, just in case they didn't already.

I usually read most blocks of texts, but somehow this is just formatted weird. I'll assume you're complaining about nexon like the other million threads?

My thought: You typed way to much on such a redundant topic
