Would transposing an untradeable emp claw to
a tradeable sw claw make it tradeable one time? wouldnt want to waste 750m if it didnt so yes, another transposing question, but just to confirm jic nexon may have changed it.

Here's the idea. Transposing an item will result in the item to always be untradable except for one exception. Transposing items will transfer modifications made from one item to another. A Scissors of Karma is a modification made to the item. Not equipping an item is not a modification. Tradability from PSoK will remain, as it is a modification.
Transposing anything (tradeable or not, doesn't matter) that does not have a (platinum) scissor of karma onto a SW will make it untradeable permanently.
