I started watching the video the minute it was uploaded, finished watching then reloaded the page and I knew you posted this on Basil once I saw the views.
Anyways, as I said before the look is alright. The hair is decent and so are the eyes. Try taking off the NX rose though, that might change your view on the hair.
It's not too late to change it, there's always a possibility of getting something better but overall this look is not bad at all.
