do i need to complete all the Tot Know how to get those levels including changing my hair and going to the balrog place?

You don't even have to do that hair coupon one. Just do the ones in the required and recommended tabs.

Lol don't over-complicate it. Just do every single Tot "Know-How" quest, and the levels will come eventually. It's not like they take up too much time anyways.

And up to getting the medal?
