Is she or is she not wearing stockings?

My friend and I are having a debate.
I am for no stockings
He is for stockings.
Everyone I ask is saying stockings but I say that's because of shading.
The in-game character model is not wearing stockings, confirmed by my friend who is saying stockings.
How does the splash art and the game model character not match...? like what? o.o

I dont think she is the shadings of the hand is the same as the leg and i dont think u wear stockings on those
Also the concept came from snsd genie clothes and they dont wear stockings there either

Is. Skin color of face doesn't match that of legs.
No amount of lightning would cause a heavy shade of the entire leg like that, and considering the point of view on the lights you should see more white at the top.
