Making evan. Wat Weapon?

Making an Evan but unsure what weapon to buy. Seen a few decent 240+ m.att Ele Staff but because im a Evan, my dmg is only 75%. So What weapons should I be using?

dude Im just letting him know Evans need mastery books and skillbooks. I didn't know that about my Evan which I made for fun and ended up deleting it.
Full Empress set except the weapon(For the 30 m.atk and 30% boss), and EStaff 5.
Emp staf for emp set.
Or fafnir set if youre godly rich.
Else ele.

Ele Staff 5 or 6 and you're kosher. If you're poor you can settle with an Empress thing thing.

Just get Ele Staff 5 or 6. Avoid the other kinds of Ele Staves though.
If you choose 5 or 6, the only damage penalty you'll get is on that one Lightning skill and that one Ice Breath thing in your early jobs (you will not use those EVER so they don't matter)
