How to get High Defense 20?
Hello,
I've been trying to look for high defense 20 but that thing is near impossible to find. I'm not sure which monsters drop it and I cannot find it in the FM (probably because it's worth almost nothing). That extra defense and 10% HP is great though..so any suggestions on how to get it? And if anyone in Scania has one, please let me know.

First of all, monsters do not drop mastery books. Secondly if you we're in Broa I'd sell it to you
