Upgrading/Maybe going Empress
Hello,
I want to upgrade my items, and I'm not sure whether to go Empress or continue to increase % Str, in addition the weapon I can afford. What should I upgrade first?
-Zak helm, 23 str
-18 Att Wg
-6% Str Tempest Belt
-13% Str Rex's Red Earrings
-6% Str Tempest Ring
-6% Str Tempest Epaulet
-Evo Ring 3 10
-Evo Ring 2 17
-Legendary Ring
-Green Neos +3% Str, + 23 Str
-6% Str Blue Neos pants
-4% Str Blue Sneakers
-131 Att Machlear, 6% Str
-Mon
My budget will be around 700 mil or so depending on how much I sell this dragon chair (inferno) . Anyway, I'm trying to get a 6% Str vellum or someting and a 3-6% Str cape or an elite through coins, so barring those two, let's say I have 700m left still. What should I upgrade next? And do you think it would be cheaper and better if I sold my current items and replaced them with empress? I don't plan on cubing or anything, but I don't know if that helps the decision..

All right sweet. Thanks guys! Any idea on the Att of a PA I can afford with say..600-800m?
Get empress and try to use epic pot scroll if you have some on them. If you cant get the cape just stick with heliseum cape. If you can get a Empress pole arm go for it.

@MapleBhav: Sounds good, btw is a Mon or the 6% Str tempest pendant better? I forgot to mention I had a Mon haha.
