Should I try again?
i cubed my lvl 90 pants and now it has +5 all stats and +5 str. I really only need these pants to have a good amount of dex. Should I keep this potential or should I cube it for something better?
Right now these pants will give 8 dex

I say go for All stats % pottential. Scroll your pants with Bottomwear for DEX. It's a nice investment if you're going to use a top and bottom and relying on the top and/or bottom for claw equipment.
For Cube'ing, I suggest finding a pair of pants with 3 lines of potential (Lvl 80's and 90's are both in the same Potentials Tier, so it won't matter which ya use). But the best case scenario IMO is to get a pants scrolled for Dex with 3-lines of potential already on it. Those can last a very long time without having to upgrade again or ever for many players. xD
