Why can't Hayato participate in Crumbling Zakum? I tried talking to the Warrior Instructor and he tells me that I'm not a warrior

I recently asked the same but yea. as it is atm, Hayatos cant get that quest and some (speaking for self) dont get Silent crusade either
I don't think Hayatos, being glitchy Sengokus, can do that quest.
