and I got the Jaguar from a Hot Time

Yes it is usable by any class and no you cannot erase it or else you lose it forever since it's obtained by hot time "a one time thing"

So... what you're saying is that they have the most skills activations?

That really means nothing. In the end it's down to DPM or MAXPM (which, like you said, seems impossible for now). ie as long as there are Bowmen jobs or classes stronger than WHs, their number of casts is just a useless title to boast about.

Mercedes' AFA hits twice, and so does RoI. And of course, Rampage has a delay and cooldown.

Well, ranged classes usually end up with 85% mastery (which you have, from what I can see by looking at your range in the video), a bit less than some other classes/jobs. Spearmen's ranges weren't unstable, but the instability was caused by stabs/slashes.

Also your damage seem to be around 16xx, seems pretty stable to me
