Can you still run maplestory through hotspot shield?

Can anyone still get on maple using the hotspot shield method? (login on website - run hotspot shield - launch game from website) Or did they block that method. I was playing one day like that and then I just dced and kept getting a hackshield error 0x00000000(0) every time i try to run maple. Anyone know another way to play maple outside usa, canada and australia?
