Basically what everybody has said lol. Make sure Magic Guard/Invincible/Bless is always on, at arms you don't really need to spam pots that badly because it just hits you for like 1~2k.
At body, get ready to spam Ginger Ales, I wouldn't use Elixirs tbh. Also have All Cures ready if you don't have max Dispel.
Don't run into the body during 1st/2nd/3rd body either
Find a guild and gl. (I'm assuming you want to run for a Helm/AR20?)

Well my friend is lvl 112 a priest and still hasn't gone on a zakum run... he asked me to help him on a quest that i haven't even done....although my other friends are helping him pass the quest and i have to do the jump quest since i have a pretty good hand at doing jump quest
I was level 51 (2006/7) when I went on my first Zak Run.
You're not strong enough, but you'd be useful for HS.
If I do it, should I have magic guard on or not? I have a Jr. Boogie thingy that can give me MP, but i'm not sure if that's enough
Bring a lot of elixirs! And be careful of 1/1, since zakum's attacks can come relatively quickly to a first-timer

My very first Zak in 2007 was when I was Lv 103, so you should be okay
