How to obtain these Evan weapons?
Okay so I saw someone selling a staff in the FM called the Evan Wand. So with further investigation, I found these two items:

Both of these look AWESOME and I desperately would like to find them! I looked at the NX drop list and neither are known drops. Anyone know how to obtain these?

I back it up I got the Evan Wand (which in this case is a staff lol), I bought it on the FM, the guy was selling a whole bunch of nx alike items like the laser swords or sabre or w/e they're called so I can say that it is from this new crystal scale event
I want the Lord Tempest staff to be out soon, its the only item I want right now

Mmm dont listen some of this people u can get them with the new cash shop crystal is like the peanut machine and the lord tempest is not out yet.

I think it's from the Crystal Scale event.
The staff/wand was an NX item when it first came out. Of course, like plenty of other NX items, another version has been made that actually gives stats.
@Above: Well it might be SoKable. But I thought they were only Cash Items when they first came out, not real items? I may be wrong... I have recently heard that the Tempest one is a Gachapon Item.
I'd like to know too! The Evan Wand looks really appealing, stats as well as looks-wise.
