600 Tempest Coins and nothing to do
I have approximately 600 tempest coins and 100m mesos and am unsure on what to do. I can either buy the tempest set OR buy rings and sell them to make mesos to buy a different set. The only good equips I have are 3 max level evo rings and a 4% int overall (not GREAT). I really would like to improve my 14.5k range (although i dont have MM yet). Any tips on how to fund this my 144 Evan given 100m mesos, 600 tempest coins, and no access to NX?

Tempest set and leave out weapon.
Use it to help make your Angelic Buster goood.
you dont have to replace your staff b/c the set have 9 items, but the set effect is only 8 items so you dont have to get Tempest Staff.
If I buy the tempest set, I'm not sure how much it will help if it replaces my 4% int overall or my 142 MA staff.
You could buy Kaiser books, they sell for over 50m (depends on which one you get) and it's only 41 coins.
lol helsium is an idea or you can buy the shoulder ones cause 2 rings =90 coins=50m 1 Shoulder=83 coins=70m.
honestly buy helsium equips for yourself.
