What does this Cube with no name/description do?
I think I got this cube from an event a while back, but I don't remember what it was originally. Now, it has no title, no description, and no box when I hover over it. It kinda just sits there. Does anyone know what it does? Sorry if this has already been discussed, I tried google but wasn't sure what to google, and anything I looked up lead to nothing.

@ImAPro: You can use it, pretty much like a regular cube but it can downgrade the potential tier

Ah, thanks. Sorry it was pretty simple, I just couldn't remember what it was. I assume I shouldn't use it, since its all glitched?
