Are you able to switch them between characters or are they permanently attached to one IGN?

So does my Kaiser share the same inventory as my Luminous? o.o
You can put the pets in your Cash Shop inventory and then relog a character that shares that Cash Shop inventory; and take it out.
Say you play an explorer and put an item in your Cash Shop inventory, if you log on another explorer you can take it out.
Mercedes do not share the same Cash Shop inventory as explorers so you cannot transfer between explorers/mercedes.
