They're more easily obtained than those event scrolls and more better for the unfunded. It's a great way to scroll those empress items with the 70% scroll and sell them at a profit. To me, it seems like that those scrolls from the scroll traces are more easier to pass than using a regular scroll.
They're good, since they're accessible. They're not as good as the 9th anniversary scrolls or the Pinnacle scrolls, as they have lower % of success and they don't give as much att / stat.

I guess. They arent as good as event scrolls but are good for the unfunded.
