Still banned for being falsely accused of advertising
I was perma'd 3 days ago for going AFK in FM near some website spam bots. Sent in a ticket Tuesday letting Nexon know of their mistake, yet they haven't even acknowledged it.How long will this take? Could this come down to a lawsuit?

@ImMoreWitty: Honestly, they don't. In the ToS it states that everything in this game is theirs, we own nothing whatsoever. Like many others and myself, you clicked the box and accepted.
Just saying, Nexon basically owns your account and can do as they please with it, technically.

no they dont need a reason to ban someone as long they scam and make their money thats all they care about. They're are not gonna un ban you. Since they dont care anyways. Why bother trying to get un ban?

Im pretty sure nexon has some crap saying they reserve the right to block a player from access if they see it acceptable or some junk, idk for sure though
