Event hall lag in Windows 8
Does anyone knows how to fix this annoying lag? I already lowered the graphics and effects.
I'm playing on windows 8.1, 64-bit OS with:
Processor: AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.40GHz
RAM: 4.00GB

SirKibbleX2 is correct. I work a lot with computers and the main component ever to blame for lag is the processor. An AMD E1 is relatively weak, and the only way for you to possibly fix your lag is to get a new computer with a much better processor. I'd recommend getting at least an Intel i3 Core or an AMD A-6 on the processor of your new device, but other than that you will always experience lag with that E1 processor. That edition of processor is just so old, and when newer software and newer editions of software get released, processors start to become outdated and can't run all the codes/processes that they could in the past as well as they can today. Your solution is to get a new computer or replace the processor (sometimes getting a new computer is a lot cheaper or same price/ more efficient).
It has to do with the NPCs in the Event Hall
Try playing in balanced or high performance under power options if its not already
update your drivers could solve this.
