Need help with some thieves
Alright I just got back on maple after a break since November. And I can see alot has changed lol. So I need help with something. I currently have a lvl 200 Phantom and a lvl 150 Dual Blade. I had quit for a while and came back when phantoms came out (love thieves) and took a break again after the auto macro incident.
So as of now after nerfings, new skills, revamps, etc I need help in picking one. I see that the lvl cap increased to 250?
So what would be stronger in the long run? I enjoy both classes so either one's gonna be fine, but i just got back like i said and i got some catching up to do with some freinds in terms of damage and I would like to not fall too far behind haha
*on a seperate note I see that Jetts are dead T_T lol and that theres an AB? Sucks that it can only be a girl but I was thinking of making one, I made kaiser as well and a lumi. I hate mages so lumi's out, Kaiser's at like 27? I never liked warriors and so far im bored but i hear he's beast? And AB like i said main concern is just being a girl lol but it can't be helped, I have a decent amount of dex% items.
SO bottom line, Between my Phantom and DB, which is recommended? Out of the Kaiser and AB which is recommended?
Details as to why please, in terms of DPS, capping, mobbing, bossing etc. Thank you!

I saw that glitch too when the SP got reset and I had to steal my skills again. A bunch of lv 200s showed as 210 when I used skill steal.
I guess you guys have a point, but I didn't mistake a 6 for a 0, i'm 100% about that, but I guess it must have been a bug or something. I like Denise's idea, it was a Bucc, so an UA is possible.

Maybe you misread the 0 as a 6? The update for the level cap increase hasn't even come to GMS yet. Besides, I'm pretty sure you would have seen a lot more people being level 201+ if it were true.

If they are an ultimate adventurer, they can go up to 210 when you're stealing skills from them. They are not, however, actually 210.
I'm not new lol, just back from a break. And If its only in KMS, then what did I see today haha cause I was in FM and I saw a 206 bucc? I'm 100% sure I saw it while using my phantoms skill steal thing.
DB's and Shadowers
DB's have great damage, disturbingly high avoid, and because of that 100% crit 90% of the time.
Shadowers are decent to fund with high avoid, high damage, and decent crit with hypers. Though
with the new damage cap, assasinate will be hitting quite high semi-funded.
Phantoms are uhh getting there but if you have funds(your new so prob not) they are an awesome class
just bundled with potential.
Nl are pretty much solid in all of those catagories though I can't say much about them because I dont
play one anymore
Alright thanks! I guess for now I'll work on my DB, quick question, how do you reach the next 50 lvls? I don't gain anything on my phantom.

We don't know what special treatment DBs and CS are getting because RED hasnt revamped them yet. But as for phantoms, when adventurers get revamped, then so do they. It has been confirmed that phantoms can steal a DK skill that lets you do 100% of your dmg at 100% of your HP (if you drop to 50% hp, you will drop to 50% increase of damage).

At the moment, Dual bladers are the strongest thieves and they are getting revamped during RED patch and getting "special treatment" along with CS to become even stronger. Phantoms got buffed a bit too but they still have the switching skills cd which sucks.
