Detected auto-macro action Solution please?
I play maplestory on a windows 7 laptop. And for the last 2 years, ive used xPadder. As of the last patch in mid november, around the 19th is when i got back. I get this error message: hackshield error 0x00010104(65796). I thought it had something to do with xpadder but after googling it and reading ALL 4... links available on google, I've read of people who use regular keyboards and have the same issue. So clearly its not due to my xpadder, I thought. However when playing maplestory without xpadder, i can button mash all i want and i will not DC. When using xpadder, i can button mash all of 10 seconds before being disconnected. I am not a fan of playing maple on the keyboard, and after 2 years of playing on the xpadder, I do not feel comfortable going back to the keyboard. So if anyone has had this issue and knows of a fix? I would greatly appreciate it! I've read that some people suggested deleting the hackshield folder in the MS folder. I have not tried this yet as im not sure if that'll get me in some sort of trouble? Any feed back would be awesome guys Thank You!

Well that was short lived! Back to auto macro D/C's.. Currently attempting to re download and install maplestory. I will keep you guys posted on my progress.
Update- Sorry its late it was from that day. Reinstalling maple was a failure, did nothing. I did read however that some people said it was a mana issue and if you used a bigger mana pot it would solve the issue. It DID work, for some people. Me however, using Gingerales since lvl 10, didn't help. So I'm still struggling looking for a damn solution.. If anyone has anything new since the new patch, or any way of helping, please let me know.. Luminous update didn't fix it either. Still DC'ing..

To the problem of the xpadder I think you're good but just to leave my explanation, turbo does what an auto-fire does on some controllers, it presses a certain button with a really low delay, which is not the same to keep pressing a certain key on the keyboard, because, I belive that maple interpret that as if you were sending a high signal "activation" constantly in opposition to the turbo that sends lows and highs at a really fast rate, which is considered as a not capable hability for a regular human, haha [/quote]
Well I had a friend email me his xpadder and I haven't DC'd since! So it must have been a bad version. Thank you everyone for the fast feed back, I really appreciate it! And hopefully this will help out other people as well! Thanks everyone!

I don't think that would happen... o.o If you delete hackshield folder what will happen is that, when you start maple after that, it will download again D: Lol.

Turbo has nothing to do with it lol, cause even if you can't possibly button mash as fast, the game itself wont let you attack faster than the skill itself can. Turbo just makes it so you dont have to spam the button on your control. In terms of game, turbo is as fast as you holding down your ishtar's ring button. So that argument is invalid and you're clearly uninformed. And as for the rankings, thanks, I didn't know that to be honest haha! Do you know when they will be updated? Thanks for the info =]
Thanks for the heads up, I wont be touching the hs folder! Update: I tried xpadder without turbo, still causes the dc! Any other help guys? Also unrelated but on basil and MS website my character shows up as that hideous blue haired rac masked thing, I do not look like that and ive been lvl 200 since october. Why has that not been fixed?
So if i were to take the turbo off of my xpadder, do you think that would solve the dc issue? and i agree on the ruining it for legits -.-
It's to stop botters. As always, it ruins for legit people.
