Best neb for weapon?
Hey guys Im debating whether to add a 3 att neb or 18% ignore monster def neb on my dragon kanzir what would be better? Thanks for any help have a nice day.

My point exactly. I know nothing about nebs.
Side note, only ones I like in that list are 21% pdr and the boss damage ones.
Okay thanks guys I will get the % ignore thanks for the help.
In my eyes, 18% PDR is the 2nd best neb you can get (Or third, if 20% boss exists) just below 25% boss.

3% attack or a flat 3 attack? Either way, I would think the 18% ignore would probably be the better pick.
