All Skills 2 Levels
What is the purpose of All Skills +2 Levels if it doesn't take your skills past max?
Do you think Nexon messed this ability up? How do you use it to its full potential? (I'm referring to the Empress effect, not Combat Orders).

My Jett's "special jett hat" or whatever it's called, is unique with +1 to all skills. It's worth it, just trust me.
Think of it this way..you'll be stronger without actually having to max the skill
Doesn't that make all the Phantoms out there sad? Haha.

This is the most logical answer.
I am able to max all my 4th job skill by leaving all my skills 2 level lower than max
Because I get +2 in all skills meaning I save up 2 SP in every skill
That's like 12 or so SP which is really helpful and lets me max my other core skills faster. All I have to do is put 1 point in every skill and it will turn to a 3

just set everyone to max - 2 points... that way, you can max out more skills (even the useless ones)... aside from that, nothing
So that you save points by cutting the amount of SP you require to bump it up to max.
Because not everyone is level 200.
