I think he means Silent Crusade to get the Set of 1%All and 15% Pdr
Also, if you max Combat mastery, you can get 40% + 15%+ 15% with the neb and Crusader card set
15% ignore
or crit, i would have picked 15% ignore though
are you gonna boss on that sword or just train? if you're gonna train then go with 3% total damage. Boss go with the 15% -PDR
15% ignore is always a good, cheap option.
Does the effect stack with other ignores? Such as the Crusader Codex.
