Bmos Final Answer
Sorry, I have no idea whether or not this is actually against the rules of the BMOS contest.
Does anyone know if the final answer is/should be grammatically correct? If I recall, the last contest that was similar to this one used "leet-speak" or a variation of it.

the letters (and maybe the sentence itself, but I'm not too sure) are scrambled but it's up to you to figure that out once we get all the clues
