Looking for Crew Master?

Basically I have a lv30 Spearman that will definitely hit lv100 within these few days (1-2 days or less) and I need a crew that is equally reliable in terms of grinding like a mad man. I still have that lv70 potion from the 1+1 events.
I'm also hope the Crew Master would in turn join my crew for my main character?
I recently started Maple again so basically I have to start from scratch.
