Got the 107 Ring.
So yeah, I got it sold it for 400m. My friend was nice and didn't need it so he offered me it in the PQ.

Do they stack with Lilin's Rings?
So are the stats only 4/4/4/5, do they give any attack, and are they permanent?
You gotta have the upgraded version of the bing suit to get into 60+ and 120+

By replace do you mean the critical and whatever rings are un-equiped when you equip the VIP rings? Cause if you mean it like that...you do know if you equip a ring when there is another ring already equipped, you gotta equip the second ring manually right?

Last boss can drop weapons, and accessories. Other bosses can drop weapons (but only in 60+ or higher)
Oh damn I'm missing out...
They replace your crit ring, cruel, or mage, so i dont know if they will be that expensive as people are saying...
