Is it good? And if so how good? I'm going to download all the episodes overnight because I've seen some AMV's of it and it seems pretty interesting.

This. I was really looking forward to a zombie apocalypse type anime, but all the fanservice ruined it.

I like it, Not much in the plot but its a really cool zombie story.
Since you did watch Elfen Lied you shouldnt have a problem with the fan service.

Yeah, it's like that way too much in the first episode. That kinda thing isn't as abundant in the other 11 episodes (well, except for one in the middle, like #6 or something), but I'm not gonna say that they didn't stop with it.
I just finished watching it today, it was pretty good, but I'm not nearly as critical as other basilers lol

If it was only about the zombie apocalypse, the show would have been fine. Zombies and violence was what I expected, but the blatantly obvious [and bad] fan service [i]bogged[/i] it down. I mean, did anyone watch the OVA? It was just utter trash. Even if it was canon to the plot, it was so face-palm worthy, I face-palmed thrice.
t|dr: The show had potential to be a good thriller, but firing an automatic assault rifle through someone's cleavage ruined it.

It was...fine I guess. Just didn't enjoy how the panty shots and other ecchi crap sometimes made it seem more like the h word. It's all full of fanservice and the story is pretty much cliche. Other than that it's just fine.

From what I'ev heard, it's just a glorified soft-core hentie anime. Exaggerated breasts, panty shots, sounds like something that would give prepubescent teenagers a hardon for hours.
Maybe I'm wrong, since I haven't watched it. But based on what I've heard, I don't plan to watch it any time soon. <3 Too busy with Gintama, and other anime. I wish Hanasaku Iroha was longer... I love it oh so much.

@Zulucker because I'd rather have them on hand because my internet is rather slow so watching online is a hassle when I have to wait about 1 hour to watch 20 minutes. I'd rather download them while I'm sleeping.

Watching it now lol. It can be pretty "inappropriate" at times, and one website I used to watch it actually made me put in my age just to watch it...
If you like the creepiness/violence/blood though, deadman wonderland is another good series I'd suggest. But the anime didn't go as far as the manga did, I think
