People saying legend patch will deflate unique items is wrong. It might be true that unique items are more common now but decent lines are not, in fact, much less common than before, a bit contradictory i know (talking about 12% dex items for example).
People rather buy cubed stuff than cube themselves nowadays. Nexon changed the cubes so it is much harder to achieve our desired potentials (everyone should know this by now). IMO, legend cubes is nexon weapon of mass revenue as they are more expensive than regular cubes and has been said that the chances to attain a legendary item is ridiculously low.

Their hurricane damage will be halved per shot, thus making it of the same strength (after the revamp for bowmen, the Union, bowmen will be stronger since their hurricane gets bufffed)
